How does package protection work?
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. Send an email to PetalTwigWishesFanMail@gamil.com with evidence that your package was lost, stolen, or damaged. Package protection will then allow you to have a complete refund on the product or will allow you to have new product made and resent. Without packing protection all sales are final and no refunds are permitted if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
